Return and Exchange Policy
We offer an 8-day return policy, allowing you to request a replacement for another product within 8 days of receiving your item.
Custom-Made Products
Since our products are custom-made specifically for you, we reserve the right to retain 30% of the product's cost when exchanging it for another item. Please note that returns for a full or partial refund are not possible.
Replacement Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must meet the following criteria:
- In the same condition as received (unused, unworn, with tags).
- Packaged in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a replacement, contact us at info@safedogbox.eu. The item must be returned to the following address: Celje, Slovenia, EU.
Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong product.
We’ll work promptly to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Since our products are custom-made, we reserve the right to retain 30% of the product's cost in such cases.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected the item for replacement, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
